Aloft San Juan

The staff let you feel like family and the lobby is like home.

This place is a breath of fresh air! Clean which makes everything more comfortable and the area is great always something to do. The staff were very sweet and attentive. I have not one complaint they really made the trip much better. We stayed one night at Royal Sonesta and it was no where near as clean. So arriving to Aloft was such a pleasant experience. As the kids say, “5 stars, would recommend”. One tip if you are using Uber be aware you need to walk to the side of the building near rideshare sign for pickup not at the hotel door.

The location and vibe was great for tourists who wants to sleep at a nice spot. The inside lobby was well kept and nice. Our first room on the 6th floor which was a king coener room had bugs so we accpeted a downgrade at 1am in the morning. They handled the situation very well and even offered to move us back to the same type but we disnt feel like moving again. We stayed with our baby and had a great time in the Tmobile district. The food was not too good, and the restaurants in the area are not authentic PuertoRico food. The location was great, but I would definitely stay closer to Isla Verde for a city vibe next.
