Sheraton Amsterdam Airport Hotel and Conference Center

We liked this hotel, we stayed 3 nights passing through, amsterdam, and we especially wanna thank RODRIGO, and very service minded handyman at the Sheraton who fixed our child trolley so we could use it during our stay after it was badly broken in transport by the airline. (SAS) he saved our trip and we are very greatful for that.

Great stay in Amsterdam at the Sheraton in Schiphol. Fantastic rooms for family stays, great service and excellent location!

I arrived with my children in the morning and made my reservation through Expedia. Check in was not until 3pm. That in itself is ridiculous. I had to pay extra for my second child. I had to pay extra for early check in. I decided to not use the service for which i payed for given this extra charges and the 3pm check in inconvenience. The hotel and Expedia refused to refund a service i did not use. I am disputing the charge through the bank.

Conveniently located, clean, quiet. Just disappointing there were no 4 persons rooms for a family.

We liked our room but it was noisy with babies crying and people talking loudly in the hallway.

The hotel location is convenient because you can walk to the airport. The service was disappointing. The reception agent that checked us in was aloof and not all courteous. Like a machine that has learned to interact with humans and is now and going through the process. While we were checkin in, the agents at the desk next to us were engaged in a conversation about how annoying their previous customer had been and were using language that was pretty disrespectful and offensive to describe the customer. Although the property was well maintained and clean, the interaction with the staff was so off-putting that it soured the entire stay. This was a short family trip, so it didn’t matter much, but if I had to stay an extended period for for my work, I would be hesitant to book here.
