This property while close to airport had expensive, limited dining options. We ate from the convenience store in the lobby. The room started out with the pull out bed not working , they remedied this with a roll away bed. Make sure you ask where they intend to place you in the main hotel or the apartments. This was a bit of a shock. If you have children there really isn’t a lot of privacy leaving the shower.

Buffet overpriced for my 3yo who couldn't finish half a plate of food but had to pay €17+tax. No other food options other than cafe for bread type food or skybar which rudely told us children were not allowed. I understand it if it was after 9pm for drinks. But to not allow children at an airport hotel restaurant at 6pm is simply ridiculous. The place was not well cleaned. Dust everywhere like on the toilet roll holder and the mirror. Our airport view room was very different from the picture. All we had was a tiny broken window. Beds were unnecessarily soft - we literally fell into the bed and this is not the softness you'd expect at a good hotel. There was a design flaw with the curtains so there's no real blackout cos you cannot shut it fully. The bathroom also had no shower enclosures so imagine the bathroom just covered with towels all over the floor cos it's wet everywhere. The spa and pool facilities were great tho but I'm unlikely to stay here again. That said, there are only 2 airport hotels with mega sized shuttle buses - Corendon and Best Western. I'm going to use Best Western next time.

Arrived late and was placed in a junior suite but needed to move due to construction on the floor. The hotel should have provided this upgrade for the rest of the stay instead of having to move the next day to the "assigned" room. Hotel was comfortable. The roof dining was great even if the ran out of rice. Could return.

Nice pool but half taken up by children swimming lessons. Very cool sightlines and observation areas. Convenient shuttle bus service, close to Schiphol airport.

We had a junior suite. I liked the layout, the bed and cushions were comfy, and the bathroom with both bath ample shower were nice. On the negative side: the decor is depressive (dark brown wall paper, brown carpet), the wardrobe is not a nice built-in but a shabby peeling dark brown veneer el-cheepo that would not meet IKEA standards. The lighting has been designed to creep you out: only one central switch (everything is either on or off, no lighting in the small alcove were the desk is, and the bathroom is lighted by motion detection that takes a long time to detect any motion. Again on the plus side: the restaurant is great value for money (fixed price buffet with nice quality food, and wine & beer included). The staff is super friendly, and the gym and pool are fantastic (except that they only open at 8). The shuttle service also works fine. We are frequent flyers through Schiphol and we usually stay in the hotels that are in the airport itself. This time our stay coincided with the Formula 1 circus coming to town, so this was our first stay in the Corendon. In summary: if the in-airport hotels (Hilton and Sheraton) are too expensive or full, and you don't like the Citizen M concept, then the Corendon is your best option. Or if you really like to hit the gym, swim semi-olympic laps and like a lot of good food at very reasonable pricing served by friendly staff, then the Corendon is also a great place. For our next stay, I will not just look at the Hilton and Sheraton.

We were there for one night while waiting for a morning flight. First impression: trying too hard to be grand. Meals are buffet, and prices are high. The many families with children eased the mood, and we enjoyed the evening.

Good hotel. Recommend for family. Though it’s closer to the airport and it’ll be a drive to the town.

We stayed in the new apartment building and had a double room. It was clean, comfortable, and well equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, and more. Like a mini apartment. Very convenient. It's very close to Schiphol airport and easy to reach.
The staff was helpful and friendly, including making a taxi reservation for us for 3 AM. Parking was a bit of. search at first, as it's not clearly indicated and they have an abundance of spots for electric cars. The shuttle bus to the airport doesn't run at night, so keep that in mind. taxi to the airport is a EUR 35 flat fee.
The only downside is the weird lack of privacy in the shower. The shower itself has a glass door and the whole shower area is not closed off from the living room/bedroom, so everyone traveling with you can see everything. Not the most convenient when traveling with kids.
