Everything was good aside from checking in it's very slow only 1 person in the reception and take ages take that aside the shuttle was on time, we had a family room very spacious and beautifully made we all love it they have a small store self serve which is very handy coz we check in 10pm definitely will stay again if we go amsterdam

We stayed in the family suite which was very spacious. The beds were fairly comfortable. There is an indoor pool. The room was on the warmer side, especially since it was cool out. The hotel was quite pricey and I was put off that you have to pay for the airport shuttle back. People were quite disgruntled with the lack of space on the bus, it was very crowded. The hotel restaurant had pretty decent food and a good drink selection, but was very expensive. All in all, it was fine. The staff was friendly.

Our room had hair in the bathroom and on bedsheets. Felt like it wasnt even cleaned before we got there. Very limted food options near by. Noisy hallway with other guests waking our family up on both our rooms. Wont stay there again.

Business trip with the family. Got upgraded to a family room at a discount. The staff were excellent. Tykhon went over and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable.

The staff was impolite, they wanted to take our money twice even though we had paid our reservation. Otherwise we had our receipt and they tried to fool us. We waited there almost 40 minutes, which was unacceptable for us as we were with little kids. It was one of the worst experiences with the staff.

Easily accessible, just 10 minutes to the airport by taking hotel shuttle bus, and the airport is well connected by trains to the central areas and regions/inter-cities. The hotel has good cleanliness and nice staff. I and my family stayed 5 nights in this hotel and we had a good impression on the hotel.

Nice Hotel with good service. Good room size perfect for family. But there was no free parking. And paid parking was quiet full all the time. Location was about 20min away from the City Centre.

Great airport hotel. Reliable shuttle service, good soundproofing, a pool for the kids and a food kiosk with healthy options that’s open 24-7. If you need to stay over close to Schipol airport, this is a great option.

We came in and the room smelled like old man, we found broken glass bites in the bathroom. I went downstairs to talk too the Lady and she wanted to give us another room but I said no thank you (the same people are cleaning these rooms) But to add too that the glass door had not been cleaned for a long time, the ceiling in the bathroom looked really bad, the walls were dirty, the floors were not mopped well and too top all of this our bed sheet had a hole in it!! We slept there for one night with our kids and when we were leaving the room and hallway smelled like weed! We were all very glad that we didn't stay there longer.
