There are 3 hotels on this property. The main, apartments, and the Urban. Our reservation was for the Urban. We checked in at the main and were given directions that it was on the ground floor. We walked over with out luggage cart and infant and told by the janitor we needed to be at the apartments. He told us that the room # is only at the apartments. We lugged everything over to the apartments. We got to our room and my wife had received a QR code for scanning for room sevice dining. She placed an order and shortly after the kitchen sink had made some noise and the smell of backed up sewage came rushing into the room. This happened 2 more times within 10 minutes. We looked to switch rooms and the staff was kind enough to assist us. We moved to the 4th floor again having to lug everything. It was already past our infannt's bedtime so she was getting fussy. We asked the staff helping with some of the move to provide us dish soap so we could wash our child's bottles. We also asked about our room service order and they confirmed the food would get to our new room. Over an hour had passed and still no food or dish soap. We called the front desk and they told us there was no online ordering and they dont deliver food to the apartments. They told us we would have to go to the main to pick up food. It was already 10pm so my wife went over to pick up what she could. We ended up running the bottles through the dishwasher with no soap. All in all a horrible stay.

We, a three-person family, stayed for one night before our flight home. The room we had was an apartment with four twin beds, equipped with a kitchen. I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy it more. The beds were very comfortable and clean, and the bathroom was spacious with no clogged drainage. The shuttlebus was convenient. It was just great!

The apartment rooms were very spacious and updated. , very nice. Only complaint was the food options. They had a very expensive buffet available, but would be very expensive for a family of 5.

Great great place for our family of four for an overnight layover. Has everything you need and good access to the city (uber was less than $30). The hotel has a large restaurant and bar/cafe plus a 24 hr contactless store. Good large shuttle on every 1/2 hour for airport. Room was spacious and good layout and we even good an American size king bed for the parents!

We were given an upgrade to family suite , it was ideal as it was spacious for our little ones to run around. Not too far from Amsterdam town centre and pretty close to Keukenhof as well. My only gripe with the property of the parking charge of €19/night. I knew the charge when I booked but I guess a lot of people book without factoring this cost which can make ibis in schipol appealing

We stayed here for the weekend as we was attending a cheer competition. I had booked for 2 adults and 2 children. I had book a hotel room. When we arrived late that night it turns out we had been put In an apartment with only 2 beds. When we rang reception we was ask to hold which we did for 10 minutes . We hung up and re rung reception who answered straight away and said they would bring two put me up beds in . However this caused lack of room and congestion in the rooms as they were put in the living room / kitchen . We was given complimentary breakfast and told we would be upgraded the next morning . However we heard nothing the next day . We ate in the bistro bar and the staff did not seem to know what they were doing. We ordered 3 meals to which one had been forgotten and was only becoming cooked once we had enquired . There was no apology no discount or anything. The hotal itself was absolutely stunning just a Shame about staff which some had no idea what so ever

Love the property and the shuttle service but a mistake was made with our reservation that put us into a room that was not suited for 2 adults and a child.

Hotel is a bit older, not super clean but very pleased with our stay for the price.
Very close to the airport and free shuttle. We had a day lay over there before leaving up another place in Europe so it did served us well.
Sauna was good - pool nice but apparently they had children swimming lessons making it less enjoyable and the change rooms chaotic. Must be a shared pool with the community.
Food at the hotel was just ok and expensive for what it was. I recommend walking 10-15 minutes over to Qbeach or any of the restaurants near by in the area.

What a nice property! I wasn’t quite sure what to expect (beyond a clean, comfortable and well-maintained hotel with airport shuttle) from my 1 night stay close to the airport. Check-in was a breeze, my room was attractive, well appointed, clean, and comfortable, with a nice bathroom and plenty of towels. I enjoyed my stay as a solo traveler, but there were a few fun activities available, and a restaurant with buffet, making the property a good choice for families as well. The complimentary airport shuttle was very helpful and dependable. I enjoyed a pleasant, stress-free stay the night before an international flight.
