It was a very comfortable and convenient stay easy to walk to the airport for anything you want and perfect for traveling with my family and an early flight. I was disappointed to be over charged on my bill using express checkout and have to try to work with people to get things straightened out. We were also given a free drink voucher to actually find we were charged full price for the drink we never would have redeemed otherwise.

Request a crib for baby with my reservation. Upon checking in to hotel, the reception desk asked if we need one and said it would be delivered to our room but the crib was not delivered.

The hotel was just what we needed after a long day of travelling. The room was set up perfectly for me and my two kids to get some rest before an early departure. Super comfortable and everything we needed.
There were a lot of delays and cancellations at the airport the day we stayed and I have to applaud the staff at reception for dealing with a lot of upset passengers looking for rooms. They handled it with a lot of tact and kindness.

This is the second time i stayed at this location. It is not family friendly. My son was running around the room bare foot and before we knew it his feet were black. I upgraded for a lot of extra money to a larger family room to find it was just an a really thin pull out mattress.

very clean, convenient place. The night manager brought all sorts of things for me and my child after a gruesome , disaster-filled travel day. I love them.. Good hotel

Room was very nice and extra bed and towel made up for my child. It would have been nice to know that the room key is needed to run the elevator and lights in the hotel room. Luckily another hotel guest let us in on the “secret” as we were struggling with the lights.

It would be great for families to be able to stay in the same room with enough beds without having to book adjacent rooms and pay for two rooms instead of one. This makes this kind of stay prohibitively expensive and that would be a reason for me to reconsider where to stay next time
