Everything was great until I realized 10 minutes later when dropped off at airport we had left my infant’s blanket in our room. Called hotel right away to notify but cleaning ladies say nothing was in there when I know it was left within our sheets. I did call various times just in case it was found since we were due to return within 14 days. It wasn’t the cost of blanket but the Love, it was handmade for her. We have stayed here numerous times and service is great besides this issue.

We had a 4.30 flight out of Tijuana airport therefore we rented this hotel that was advertised as having an airport shuttle. Tijuana is not the safest spot so the idea of the shuttle taking us was the reason why i chose this hotel to stay with my little one. Turns out there is a shuttle schedule that wasnt spoken about in the description and forst shuttle is at 5am. Front desk was rude about it and that just killed the experience for me. When we got downstairs at 2am front desk called the taxi but nobody was answering . We called Uber and got to the airport fine. But this caused a great deal of stress while travelling with a small child.

Stayed here with the family for the weekend and I was very impressed from the second I walked into the lobby. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. This hotel is very clean and very well maintained. The cleaning lady's do a great job. The rooms and bathrooms are spotless. And they leave very cute notes for you every day after cleaning your room. And did I mention you get breakfast included. The breakfast is delicious and very fresh. And the servers are very professional and polite and very helpful. I recommend this hotel to everyone. I will most definitely be staying here again. This is my go to hotel when visiting again.
