Great service from all the staff, everyone we dealt with was helpful and courteous, the pool is a plus and the room was clean. I would definitely come back with my family.

The staff was amazing, friendly and very welcoming. Fernando the manager accommodated to all my family's request. I would strongly recommend this hotel. Thank you Baja Inn.

Would not give us a blanket so kid could sleep on the couch in the room, toilets either plug or not flush had to take the back off them everytime front desk was aware but did nothing had to ask 3 times for towels

Generally good service, which isn't to say that the staff was particularly hospitable. Not actually rude or curt -- not much of anything in the way of making us feel welcomed. Thankful for having our bags being carried over to our room. Appreciated the pool as an option; genuinely appreciated listening to the sounds of children having fun outside our room. There was no fridge in our room, which I thought was odd. Wish we got to try the food.

The staff was friendly and welcoming, available when needed. Our room was clean, spacious, quiet and the beds and pillows were very comfy. The pool area was also very clean and family friendly. I will be returning the location for what I was there for was perfect.

Is a great place for families, even with construction 🚧 going on still a great place. Staff members are all nice, welcoming and attentive.

last minute booked but had a great stay, my kids loved the pool, very quiet, clean & the food was OK. Only thing we wish the room had was a mini fridge to keep drinks cold other than that it was great.
