Grand Hotel Tijuana

Spend the weekend with my girlfriend enjoy this hotel every thing is great best in Tijuana . Victor at the front great service . Young kid Brandon great service at main restaurant brunch also above and Beyond on service .

Family stay good for baby

Customer service is great, always someone there to help in any way. We had a big group with 8-9 rooms and having to get to a family function all together was not going to be easy but thanks to their shuttle service we were able to go have fun, drink without worrying about driving. Very courteous.

Checked in the room and when I walked in, to my surprise there was trash on floor, dirty & dusty counters when I call front desk the only option was to leave the Hotel and get full refund or downgrade rooms and get a voucher for breakfast in the morning. Unacceptable for an Executive room I booked to spend a weekend with my family there. I waited almost 2 hours to get comfortable in the room after another option was offered to have someone come to the room to clean it while I stand around and wait to have beds redone and have room cleaned not the weekend I was looking forward to spend with my Family here at The Grand Hotel.

First time here i would return anytime if im in tijuana me and my small family had a good stay staff and service was great 👍

It was supposed to be a vip upgrade but the room was so dirty. I didn’t claim in that moment because my kids fall asleep immediately

Mattresses were worned out and i can hear the kid in next room all 2 am

Television didn’t work properly and was an issue since wanted to watch NFL playoffs .. picture was 20/80 and not 20/20. Fuzzy static that hotel engineers improved a tiny bit but could not fix . Also this room did not have a safe or refrigerator. When I asked the desk tk switch me they wanted me to wait in tbe lobby 1-2 hours longer .. rather then wait in the room. ( after traveling ). As a hotel.com gold they offered 20% off food… and as it turned out it was not valid in the main restaurant .. only Emma’s 5)3 French restaurant which was not my taste . My friend went to the gold member breakfast on the 32 floor I slept thru.. was not worth attending .. cereal for kids basically It’s been multiple 5 star stays … staff is friendly .. this stay was 4 stars .

The front desk staff, the staff that helped with our bags, the restaurant and bar were all very sweet and friendly. Unfortunately for some reason the water in the room wasn’t warm for the first night! But the price was very reasonable and location was good to our family’s house.

As always, my place of choice to stay with my family. It’s safe and close to shopping areas.
