Staff at the hotel is always so helpful and friendly, my kids like the food at the restaurant and lord the pool area. Beds are confortable rooms are clean.

The staff was friendly, I would stay there again. I canceled one of the 2 nights I booked because the pool was out of service. My kids were looking forward to enjoying the pool so I had to book somewhere else. They didn’t give me any trouble canceling. They did have a spa. Wish I knew this beforehand to plan accordingly.

I like that our room was clean, drinking water available, everything seemed working fine. What I did not like was no early check in, no exceptions! But also room not available at 3pm. Had to wait longer for availability. Also you do not have access to any floor besides the one you are staying in. My sister was on floor 4 and we were in 6th. I could not drop something off on her floor. Had to meet in the lobby or access the floor through stairway! Are you kidding me?? I brought up these issues to the check in agent who was unable to help me just said that’s the way they run things. We will not be staying here or recommending to friends or Family.
