We enjoyed our four nights here. The air conditioning was cold, the kids enjoyed the pool.

We arrived 1hr early and were accommodating to giving me and family our room. Very clean and family friendly. Very convenient location.

I was very disappointed and dissatisfied because there was no notice about the pool being under construction and additional construction taking place on the property. I chose this hotel because of the pool, wanted my grandkids to enjoy the time together. Sadly, we were woken up early around 6am due to construction noise. Nowhere on the expedia site did it notify of the construction taking place and pool being temporarily closed.

I expected more for the price, pool was unavailable but was not published on the website. I had my family wanting to go for a swim but pool was under renovation. I wasnt too pleased with our stay

I booked a junior king suite but when I checked in it was not available, only a regular room with king bed. The clerk only offered 2 free breakfasts which was normally a $13 upgrade for both. Not sure if that was fair compensation or not.
