We were three people . Two adults and a child. Our first room was dirty, we found a cockroach and it was very small for the three of us. We got a new room and it was a good size but neither, the phone or internet worked, so if there was an emergency we were on our own. The elevator is horrible. It is a sauna. I had never been in an elevator that hot. I complained and they told me that there was nothing to do. So if for a treason the elevator breaks down and people are inside, people are not going to make it. It is a liability. The people at the hotel were kind and friend and always had a beautiful smile.

I am so glad I picked this hotel to stay in for our family trip to Cartagena. The staff was lovely, the hotel was clean and beautiful. The breakfast bar options were exquisite. I enjoyed my stay with my family. Everything such as restaurants, malls, etc. are all in walking distance.

Location, generally staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was satisfactory for my 5 year old. They just need to provide better toiletries, ensure lamps are working in the rooms, advise guests at reception of their energy saving system about the lights, advise guests that towels are available for the beach, facilitate early check in especially for guests with kids and older persons.

Location was great. Lots of options nearby for food and shopping. Quick walk to the beach. Staff was very friendly. Liked the pool with the rooftop bar. Breakfast options were good and varied daily Rooms were spacious and clean. Hotel and area felt very safe. Traveled with family.
