First time in Cartagena Colombia - we enjoyed our family trip to the fullest. Big shout out to Victor our transportation person. Special thanks to Fabian & Cristian the bartenders at the pool area. We will definitely stay here again. Everyone was very polite and helpful.

I traveled alone with my infant and felt very safe and welcomed here! The room was very clean and spacious with an amazing view of the city! Breakfast could have been better but everything about this hotel is lovely.

This property was absolutely breathtaking. The room was so beautiful and had more than enough space for my kids and I. The view of the beach was absolutely stunning. The hotel itself was very convenient and close to many food places, shopping centers; not to mention the beach sits right in front of the hotel.

Fantastic hotel! Staff amazing! Rooms are exactly like pictures presented in photos! Any drama I did have was looked at straight away! My family and I would always stay here in the future! Highly recommend 😊

The hotel was amazing! The beach view was beautiful! The rooms were very comfy. The staff were so friendly and helpful. It’s a great location, right across the street from a beach and down the street from some great restaurants. Only drawback was our room had tiny baby ants so we couldn’t eat or leave food in the room because they got into it. I would still absolutely go back to this hotel!

We really enjoyed the hotel. We had an amazing suite with a beautiful view of the ocean. Breakfast included was nice. The concierge named Cindy, was the absolute BEST! She gave us some of the best recommendations that made our trip unforgettable! I definitely recommend staying here. Great for a couple, family, or solo stay.
