We greatly enjoyed our stay at Capilla del Mar. Upon arrival, they allowed us to do an early check-in, which we greatly appreciated. We had requested a crib for our baby and it was there, as promised. The room was large, the beds were comfortable. The staff is very nice and always happy to help. Lastly, the food at the restaurant is delicious!

The hotel was in excellent condition, our accommodation was very nice, room was clean. No issues. The only thing that could be improved, out of the hotel’s hands, was the beach wasn’t great at all. Other than that, my family and I had a fabulous stay at the hotel.

My hotel room was a perfect size and setup for my family, clean, modern, and close to the beach. Rooftop pool was very nice and staff was so friendly.

We had junior suite ocean view it was incredible. Beautiful hotel, great breakfast. The beach across the hotel is under construction however if you walk down the beach you can reserve loungers and umbrela for 40 000 pesos which is $8 for whole day.

The hotel was ok , but there was a strong and bad smell in the lobby , also my room and my family room had a leak from the ceiling, i complained about it and nobody took care of it, my husband almost fell and what they said is just complain by mail. The staff was friendly.
