Receptionist was a bit rude when requesting for my kids documents. The hotels is not fancy but its clean and either new or renovated. Breakfast buffet is very busy and staff could not keep up. Lacking items. No room service. Pool area is small but nice view.

Stayed here with my family. The price is inflated, we found bed bugs on our mattress, and I've been waiting almost 2 months for a refund as promised by Hotels.com as long as it was before 3pm the following day. It was difficult enough to get someone on the phone from hotels.com to amend the reservation, and now they claim they cannot reach the hotel. Meanwhile while it Cartagena the hotel said they had not been contacted. Either way, I am still waiting for my refund. Terrible experience on all fronts.
