I really love the area for shopping and I feel it’s safer for my family.

Very convenient location less than 7 minutes from downtown Ottawa and still much affordable than other places nearby. Always a clean, reliable place to stay. Friendly staff at the check-in. Hotel room and washroom well-equipped with all the necessities. I would happily recommend this place to family and friends.

Staff was very friendly. Room decor a bit dated, but comfortable none the less. Recommed when traveling with kids.

The cost of the room was very high due to the fact it was a last minute booking during a long weekend. There were very few hotel rooms available in Ottawa when the booking was done. No issues with the room, but there was no room housekeeping while there. I was informed on check out that there is no housekeeping during weekends, contrary to what is stated on their website. Apparently if you need a bar of soap on weekends you need to call the front desk. There are only three elevators in this rather large hotel. During my stay, it appears only one elevator was operational. Due to the unavailability of elevators or space on the one elevator, I walked down seven floors to the parking garage one morning. Being connected to a convention centre, this hotel is extremely busy. During my stay, there were events there, resulting in crowds everywhere. Very noisy place with children running the halls, or using the rooms overhead as a gym. I will never stay at this hotel again

They didn’t have the type of room we booked for our family of 4 so ended up providing us with a fold out bed. Wasn’t the most comfortable. They compensated us with breakfast vouchers for the entire stay which was highly appreciated.
