This hotel is a gem with a reasonable price point! It must have been an apartment at one time, our room had a small kitchen and living area. The community it's in is amazing with many restaurants and bars however it was quiet during the night. The free breakfast, albeit very busy had what you needed to start your day. FREE laundry facilities that included soap and dryer sheets. It was perfect for us since we had quite a bit of travel coming up. I would stay here in a heartbeat and will recommend to friends and family.

The business suite was very comfortable. We were staying as a family of four with two kids, so accommodation was good for all of us. Moreover, the staff was very welcoming and accommodating. The breakfast was well prepared, and the kids loved it. We will definitely stay again here and definitely recommend it.

Our family had a pleasant stay there.
1. The location is great. It's within walking distance of the Parliament and other attractions. There are also lots of restaurants nearby.
2. It's spacious and clean. It had lots of convenient equipment and devices: two TVs, a printer, all the kitchen equipment, a sofa, etc.
3. The staff is friendly.
4. Complimentary breakfast: The menu is not luxurious, but our family enjoyed it. There were bags with bottled water, two snacks, and a candy, so we could have them during the day. I appreciated their thoughtfulness.
We'll definitely stay there again when we visit Ottawa. Great job!

Breakfast selection was fantastic for my whole family. Location meant we could walk everywhere. Free laundry was a bonus and gym was adequate.
Our suite was perfect to make our own meals and had lots of room.
The only negatives: the mattress was too soft for me, most pillows too hard, and the sofa bed was quite firm.

I have been in this Business Inn hotel for more than 100 times in the last in 8 years when I go Ottawa for my audiologist appointment, this hotel is ike my second home they are so clean, right in downtown, where ever you want to go shopping, do touring around museums, parade, ect… ect….. the staff are amazing and treat you like a family! Many more years to come every time I go Ottawa to my second home!
