Excellent location. Walkable to shopping, several restaurants, gym, etc. However, for a "junior suite" the room was very underwhelming with a lack of furniture and amenities. The room did not feel cozy, but instead very sterile. Also the front desk staff needs a lot more training in customer service as they were not very welcoming or hospitable.

We stay here regularly and are always greeted as family. We love the hotel and rooms. Seems newly renovated and looks great. Excellent gem on a long trip.

Unfortunately when the housekeepers were cleaning my mom’s room (416), they did not close the door all the way so when we returned from a family wedding at 11:30 pm, we were startled that the door was open ( we left the property at 1 pm). When I called the front desk to report the incident they told me they would review camera footage. They called my mom back and told her no one was seen going in/out of the room after housekeeping left. This incident was disturbing.

I needed some space away from the kiddos to study for exams .. had a huge desk that was made for it in the room. Staff was friendly, room was very clean. Recommend hotel.

Great place to stay! Very clean and updated, amazing staff and restaurant, very good price, very family friendly (cribs, high chairs). Would absolutely stay there again.

We love this hotel! We stay as a family, use the gym and we enjoy the late night drinks in the lobby bar! Thank you so much for the wonderful hospitality!!
