Kitchener Inn & Suites

The front desk manager went out of his way to find two connecting rooms for our families. The rooms were spotless and very well lit. The heating/cooling system was easy to adjust and very effective. A perfect stay experience!

The hotel is old am nit concerned about that but the fact that you can’t shower or wash ur hands cz the water was only extremely hot thank goodness non of my kids got burnt just redness and then when i call to report the issue they say that it’s an ongoing issue since today and i did check in like 10:30 pm which then didn’t bother to mention anything about the problem I could have easily went to somewhere else the price is not that different! My flight was 9 am next morning so needless to say i flew without shower

Never again stayed till 1130pm kids hockey team kept my wife and me awake running up and down the halls they were loud called to complain fell on deff ears worst experienced

Enjoyed staff working hard to control loud children in hallways. Hotel is under renovations but still very friendly staff. Hot water in shower was a bit of a challenge

I was one of several families were travelling for a children’s sporting event. This was the absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed at. There was no proper ventilation in the hotel so the rooms were very humid and very musty/mouldy smelling (despite there being AC in the room). The bed sheets were very worn and the bathtub was gross, damaged, and very outdated. The shower turned into a bath because it did not drain properly. The bathroom fan was ineffective. On our way up to our rooms, we got stuck in the elevator. Tried pressing the emergency button but it did not work. We were stuck for a few minutes. It finally brought us back down to the ground level. We notified staff who shrugged their shoulders and were dismissive. I suggested putting an “out of service” note. They made excuses, saying it was just fixed and laughingly said that despite the elevator capacity being no where near the stated safety limit, we could only go in a couple people at a time. They continued to let people use it. My husband and daughter also used the same elevator and it started to lift before the doors even closed. The “breakfast” was barely edible, not consistently stocked, and was very limited on what was offered. There was someone smoking marijuana on our floor, which we could smell in our rooms. When another parent complained, the staff dismissed it, saying it wouldn’t take that long to smoke a joint. I have travelled a lot over the years and this is the WORST hotel. Please avoid!

It was a nice, quiet place to stay and affordable. Breakfast was slightly disappointing for the kids as the juice machine and waffle maker were both broken. But great to have both free breakfast and free parking!

The hotel was clean at an affordable price. The small problems that we had were:tp was gone on arrival and they only gave us 1 and we had to ask for another after our 3rd day. Only 1 bath towel on arrival for 4 people and after they cleaned the room we had to ask for 3 more, 1 was badly ripped. Breakfast muffins weŕe good but only chocolate, 2 of our family don't like/want chocolate.

Inn and suites was very clean, staff was very accommodating as they gave us adjoining rooms which our grandchildren loved. However they were very disappointed that they could not use the pool that was advertised on the website and the breakfast advertised was not available. Lovely lady at the desk did give us a recommendation for a wonderful breakfast place which we just loved. This helped a bit with the disappointment of no pool use. But grandchildren say they would not like to stay there again as the pool was not available as advertised on website.

Comfortable beds very clean, staff very welcoming and helpful..great price with Expedia. Would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.
