Just your typical hotel. Clean, great breakfast, courteous breakfast staff. Pool was great Gave four stars as the sofa bed is like sleeping on springs, one of the queen beds requires a mattress change, my children indicated the bed was horrible and usually they sleep like logs anywhere they fall asleep

No hot water for the first night. Tried several Times but even after running for a number of minutes it was still cold, very strong air fresheners in the room that smelled of strong cologne. Breakfast was great and pool Was enjoyed by the kids.

The pool with slide is an attraction for me as i bring my grand children here. I find all staff super friendly and helpful from front desk, housekeeping, pool cleaner, life guards, everyone.

We stayed for one night while repairs were being done on our house. Staff were friendly and accommodating and room was comfortable and clean. Our toddler loved the pool and slide, which provided hours of entertainment. Fitness Centre has a good variety of basic equipment. We would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again.

Wonderful pool, hot tub and two storey slide, very family friendly. Staff is friendly, helpful and caring. Will definitely visit again.

I liked that it was updated, staff were friendly and helpful. The slide was out of order and we chose this hotel specifically for that for our kids. We didn’t have hot water in the shower.

This is one of those hotels where you neither like it or don't like it. My grand kids enjoyed the pool and really enjoyed the water slide. My wife and I had a suite which looked nice but had a lot of flaws, first there was a lot of noise from the hall way because there is a 11/2 inch gap under the door, secondly there was noise from the rooms next to you and above you, the a/c unit is in the bedroom section but the thermostat is in the living room section so if you closed the divider between the two rooms you froze in the bedroom and roasted in the living room. Also the breakfast is not very good but it is free , but on a good note there is coffee available all day long

My family and I went for one night to celebrate the start of the March Break. The room was decent... The suite layout was a little cold but it wasn't terrible. The main bed (the king... For the adults) was quite comfortable. I liked the bedding. The pullout for the kids was pretty bad... Stained mattress and so lumpy that the little guy had a rough night. My motivation for coming here was the pool and hot tub. Too bad that although the hot tub was hot (not always the case in hotels these days), the mechanism would turn off randomly, so you were lucky if you got two minutes of jets at a time. The cleanliness of the room was a little lacking... Sweeping needed to be done in the corners. However, all in all, the family had fun, we relaxed, and I would come back.
