The hotel is charming and cute with a rustic mountain charm. We got a complimentary room upgrade to have a small townhouse which was appreciated. The only issue is we came during a heatwave and there’s no AC anywhere. Sleeping was challenging until things finally cooled down by 2 or 3 am. Lovely mini putt which is great for kids.

One of our nicest stays in a 10 day Rockies tour. The reception team were extremely friendly and informative (for the hotel and activities). I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Friendliest & professional staff. Food at restaurant was beautiful & team were so accommodating of dietary needs. Queen beds were comfy but with a wriggly toddler they felt a bit small.

We stayed in a junior suite w/ kitchenette. The room was overall updated and comfortable. The murphy bed was very comfortable, however the mattress on the pull-out couch was extremely thin. The suite was generally clean, except for the floors which left the soles of our socks brown. Decent soundproofing, great view. Would recommend for a group of three or less, but bring slippers!

We really enjoyed our stay! Right from the moment we walked into the reception to check-out, everyone was helpful, smiling and cautious. The swimming pool and hot tub is something y'all need to definetly checkout. The Inn is situated along the beautiful mountain scenery and bike & walk trails are the best so far. Going out for evening walks with my family was also an absolute pleasure - remember to take pictures too! Only downside is the Wifi had weak signals and TVs did not have option to switch to Netflix, Disney or Amazon Prime Videos. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our overall stay! We traveled with younger kids and our suite was perfect. I would recommend Lake Loiuse for its beautiful scenery, quietness and friendly staff. That said there is not much activites for families qith kids under 7yrs of age, specially whe. Alot of the trails were closed due to the icy pedway conditions. We still made it worth our stay, travelled to Banff and enjoy the outtings.

Over all excellent stay only reason it was de-rated a star is because we were right beside the stairs and could hear people up and down the stairs. I’m assuming kids and families going to the pool so no fault of anyone just bad placement. I will definitely stay here again.
