In Edmonton for a family weekend getaway. Hotel itself is great, rooms have a kitchenette which is helpful. And, from what we could tell, the room was quite clean. Pull out couch is fine - but you'll have to ask the front desk for more sheets. Pool is small - and size limited play as the hotel allows swimming lessons during the day. If lessons aren't going on, the pool size is ok. However with lessons ongoing, and if your kids are energetic and need room to splash and play, this may not be the place for you. Breakfast was standard continental, and appreciated.

We had issues from the beginning. We were given the keys to a room that was clearly not cleaned. We called the front desk and they said they would send someone up with keys to another room, they left us waiting by the elevator on our original floor with kids, a dog, and luggage for half an hour before they came to take us to the next room. The TV is old and has no smart app functions to log into our streaming services. This is pretty standard nowadays in hotels. Our family went swimming and found out that the hotel had either run out of pool towels or had no way of laundering them. Whatever the reason, our family and the other families swimming all had to trek back up to our rooms soaking wet. The halls and the elevator was of course wet and slippery as a result. Why a hotel wouldn’t be prepared for a hot weekend in the summer and the need for pool towels, I have no idea! We booked a king room with a sofa bed, our kids used the sofa bed and complained all night about a painful bar in their backs from the centre support. Generally, our stay was really bad.

Shower door was broken, kept sliding open and couldn’t shower properly and getting floor wet. The bed sucked, blankets and couch pillows were super cheap, no fill and blanket was like a child size. Get a duvet for a queen bed with queen size pillows. Called front desk 5 times for an hour in the morning about an inquiry and no answer.

It is a nice hotel. The staffs are young and helpful. The room is good. But the hotel do not has a proper restaurant. The buffet breakfast is actually in the lobby area. The first day of my stay was a weekday. The breakfast ends at 9 so my family went down for breakfast at 8:30am. It was so many guests and the room was very limited. It was a long queue for food and even the plates were all used and I have to wait for a long time to get a plate. I felt like eating in a refugee camp. Ironically, the foods quality was very good, may be one of the best I ever had. The kitchen made muffins with eggs and sausage, and also omelets, which were so good. My second day is on Saturday and the breakfast ends at 10:00. There was much less people and we could enjoy our breakfast on a proper table.

Crazy loud. It sounded like there were foot races on the floor above us from 10pm until 130am. Also we had someone playing ring ding ditch at 730am. Lots of families here due to the proximity of west Edmonton mall which is cool, but it would be nice to have a staff member or security make sure the noise stops at 11pm.

The property and rooms are excellent although there was a bit of garbage in the parking lot due to careless customers no doubt. The only down side to staying here were the noisy people in the hallways in the early and late hours as well as the noise coming from the suite above us. It sounded like children jumping off furniture and stomping across the room which continued until after midnight even after i called the front desk at 10:30 p.m. to ask them to be quiet. I had just gotten out of the hospital and needed some peace and quiet and a good night's sleep. So my issue is not with the hotel but with the inconsiderate guests.

The separate bedroom was amazing for our family of five with a newborn. Staff were prompt with their responses to all of our requests, including an emergency carpet cleaning late at night.
