The hallway was noisy till almost 11 and the guest as soon as we get out of the elevator and in our room the guest is eating and they all setting in the hallway, parent and their teenage kids, i think they had a tournament somewhere but i couldn't believed seeing this. i contacted the front desk but no one answer the call, and no one also call our room back poor services and management. The cable not much show to choose. We didnt book this place again went back to Edmonton for holiday for 3 days we book another hotel.

There was a hockey tournament going on and the kids in the hotel were unbearable noise wise but that’s kind of expected, but there also wasn’t anything done about it. Other than that the hotel was great parking fantastic good area. Would go back

Very comfortable, clean accommodation. Could use some decent pillows for a King Size bed - but it's really not a big deal just triple up the little ones. Front desk & bar staff very friendly and efficient. Free parking, easy access to many things.

I was very disappointed that the hotel was very dated given it’s part of the Hilton family. I was expecting similar vibe to Hampton Inn and Suites and thought there would be breakfast included but it was $18 charge instead. There was no water included unless you’re a certain tier in HH, no toothpaste even a small single use one for guests that forgot it. They had to charge for a tube. The faucet in the room had a lot of green gunk and the air conditioning in my room was so warm even though I tried to lower the temp. I was sweating all night. Will not stay there again.

Had the best experience as a family. The restaurant staff were amazing, the food was delicious and the room was perfect for us as it had a separate bedroom and two washrooms. Plus an over sized jacuzzi tub, which my kid loved! The pool was great too!

The beds are super comfortable. AC is not too loud. Unfortunately there were kids above us running around and stomping. Overall a pleasant stay.

There is no housekeeping only after the 4th day. And when you have kids the room can get pretty messy. The hall stuck and they wouldn’t give us another room.

Great location to mall, big room with two bathroom(king suite) and pool and hot tub as well, great spot for a stay with kids no doubt!
