This is the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. The lobby breakfast area looked like a family restaurant and had a lot of great choices for even my picky kid. The desk person recommended Glass Nicklel Pizzeria because we arrived late and didn't want to go back out, which turned out to be a great choice. We frequently pass through Madison on our way to other places. I definitely will try to stay here next time.

We stay at this hotel occasionally when we visit our child. It is a great hotel. My only complaint this stay us that there was a wrestling tournament going on in Madison. The kids were a little loud (as kids will be) and I think that's why our room was in the basement level. We had the room where the outdoor spotlight shines into the window. We tried our best to pull the darkening shades closed but they could only do so much

Family overnight for spring break. Very happy hotel was able to accommodate my accessibility need without issue to me. Pool and hot tub were grand. Little kids, big kids and adults all enjoying. Breakfast was tasty for us all. Son used pull out couch to sleep on and felt it was too cramped when pulled out, so just slept on couch. He also didn't enjoy that TV was not able to be turned 180 degrees but dad and I had no problems. 😉. Easy in, easy out. Could use dish soap in kitchen ara (maybe available if call front desk so don't have wastage?) Staff friendly. Happy customers!

I felt that the hotel was very quiet, despite several families who gathered there to celebrate. It was a lovely surprise that they have a Social Gathering time with wine, beer, cheese and crackers, soup & salad daily! Felt the only eco- friendly thing they did was recycle. No composting bins or containers, no large bottles of shampoo/ Conditioner and body wash attached to bathroom walls causing less waste. And, the room had a very strong air freshener smell that seemed like it was covering up a smoky smell. It took done getting used to and gave me a headache.

This is one of our favorite hotels. It’s quiet, clean, roomy, and friendly staff. We’ve used the laundry area which was neat and clean. Our family loves the pool area. The breakfast is delicious with different options and friendly staff. We have never had any negative issues.

We had a great time. The two bedroom two bath suite was perfect for our family stay. Hotel was super clean, staff was so nice, had a great stay.
