Our room was very clean and modern. Staff were all very friendly. We only stayed one night as we were passing through. Our kids 5 & 2 loved the pool. Which could use a little maintenance but was still very impressed by the hotel.

The best Holiday Inn we have stayed before. Big room, clean, very high ceiling, new decors, comfy bed. Best breakfast. We didn’t use the pool but the pool has several tunnels and slides, kids will have so much fun.

We have a great time at the family friendly pool area. We celebrated my Grandson's 5th Birthday. The lifeguards were very attentive. In general, a fun time!! The rooms were top notch as well. Thank you

The room was just ok had a few issues with cleanliness and an unexpected lets just say.. bug I saw crawling on the floor our second day there. Although I had pictures front desk seemed unconcerned and I was told that bug wasn't what I thought it was! Hotel was busy on Friday so a lot of Nosie in the halls with kids slamming doors and running. Pool area wasn't as clean as we would have liked. Our first time visiting, and just disappointed. I don't wish to revisit!

The water park was great for my young kids, but several features did not work. Had they been older, they probably would have noticed. Bathroom in room could have used a deep clean (ie grout). Cracks in walls in room. Overall a good stay on a budget.

The water slide was closed both nights after we came back from dinner. Friday night the pool closed 30 mins early on top of that. Front desk TJ was unprofessional when I asked why it was closed. He said the lifeguards aren’t under his management and asked what he wants me to do about it. The lifeguards-if there was an accident wouldn’t have even saw it. Friday night they sat next to each other and conversed the whole time. Saturday during the day was better but then at night when the slide was closed they had kids climbing a quarter of the way up and sliding down for 20 minutes towards the pool closing and not once did they notice. Hot tub was filled with kids and over the posted capacity all of the time.
