They always treat us like family when we stay here. Oat milk for coffee in the morning. Friendly staff with great customer service.

Our second night we added a second room for family joining us from out of town. Originally the two rooms were not assigned to be together…not a problem. Angel, working front desk took initiative, without us asking, to let us know that adjoining room was available and that he could make the change. Thanks for the thoughtfulness…it was a great convenience to make the most of a short reunion.

Before Covid Fairfield had the best breakfast of me I’ve ever had. During Covid, I totally understand everything was packaged and stuck in a microwave. Now that things have loosened up I would’ve thought the buffet might have improved. Not much. Some breakfast sandwiches and sausages. And the rest is packaged and put in the microwave. They have little individual waffles but no syrup? Totally out of their control but there was a very large group of kids hockey teams. Totally took over the hotel running rampant, had to close the pool.

I have stayed here 6x, each involving a family get together in another town. I love that I can easily get to a large aquatic facility for daily lap swimming. Easy to get to the largest shopping mall. Easy on/off the freeway. Plenty of parking, clean rooms, friendly staff, greatttt! breakfast. Good place to stay with kids as they have an indoor pool. But book early if last wk of July to 1st week of August. University family orientatiion and hugh "Crossfit" challenge with people from all over the U.S.

Had two rooms together in a isolated section on the first floor It was nice to be able to go back and forth between the two rooms without going out in the hallway with a toddler
