The room was very nice. Travelling with the family (of 5) can be crowded, but this suite provided plenty of space for the family, was quite clean, and made for a nice stay. The complementary breakfast was great, and the dining area was very pleasant.

my family & i stayed in a king accessible room. the sheet looked like it had been urinated on by either a dog or child. the noise level was unbearable. we have 3 service dogs among us. the noise upset them so bad that at one point we had to request some check out the noise. i would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

It’s new, it’s very nice. But… they allow pets, and even though they have ppl sign a pet policy the dog barking across the hall was crazy. And their kid was screaming too. I did let the hotel know their dog was left alone in the room was barking. Barking continued the next day. A policy is only as good as what’s enforced.

Wonderful place to stay with two small children! So nice to have a separate bedroom, small kitchen and table and chairs. The hotel having pack n plays was also amazing so that we didn't have to bring them. Staff were super nice, breakfast was included. We will definitely stay here again!

Property is perfect for family stay. Its has small kitchen with everything you need, specially when you stay with kids. Amazing free breakfast, which helps in the morning not to run around to find a place where to eat. The only thing that is missing and would be nice in my personal opinion, is outside pool :).

Location of Home2 Suites in Richland WA is excellent. Breakfast is bad and coffee is horrible. I had to go out each morning to get a good cuppa coffee. I brought my own breakfast from home and made it in our room. Sheets on bed were clean but very old and thin. Staff is very friendly and pool is great. Location is our reason for staying here because it is located close to our grandchildren's home in Richland.

The rooms are a great size and set up nicely. My family enjoyed our stay. Will definitely be back.
