Fun views of the marina and nice rooms inside but the patio chairs are very uncomfortable need cushions that would help a lot, and the first floor is not ideal no privacy the curtain on the patio area in-between rooms are sheer, and the public walkway is right in front of your area. If I stay again, I will request 2nd floor at least. I asked to be move to the 2nd floor as I checked in fairly early, but the staff would not move me. The pool/hot tub area was a big disappointment small and dirty not kept clean throughout the day and no adult only time so packed with kids and their toys also overly chlorinated the smell was awful. The pictures on the website of the pool are misleading.

Terrible customer service. I came in with my small child and met with looks and attitude that we weren’t welcome. That’s after we stood there waiting 5 mins to be offered help while watching 3 different front desk employees with no other customers to help. I understand they are probably working on other things but a simple “one moment please” goes a long way. To add insult to injury all these same employees watched me struggle several times with their giant front doors that aren’t automatic with my toddler and my luggage. Appalling! The room and hotel itself are nice although the AC in my room didn’t seem to be working properly.

This place is beautiful, quiet, comfortable and has incredibly capable and friendly staff. The proximity to the river and walking path are great. Their in house restaurant is of particular note and was really excellent for dinner and dessert. We would absolutely stay stay here again and bring our kid and pet (close to parks and we'll appointed rooms for a family!).

We were having a staycation because the kids wanted to use a pool and hot tub. We called the day before to make sure they both were open but by the time we got there the hot tub was not working and pool had leaves and dirty. They didn’t care the facilities were not operational.
