Hilton Garden Inn Tri-Cities/Kennewick

I liked that it was clean and staff were friendly. I didn't like that they offer no free breakfast which is advertised. I'm more upset with Expedia for booking a room with amenities the hotel doesn't offer. It was supposed to have sleeping space for 6, a kitchenette and breakfast and we got none of it. So grand kids had to sleep on the floor. Till away needs are not allowed.

Really nice hotel. I've stayed here several times over the past couple of years. Super clean hotel. Very friendly and professional employees. Simple menu, fresh and very well prepared dinner. 90 percent all good. Two disappoints. Pool and tub are "overworked" with plenty of children and adults enjoying. Which makes the water in both "worn out", dingy, oiley, etc.. i.e. not very inviting to some people. Needs to be cleaned more often.... Second, i was disappointed with the idea of having to pay, any amount, for a limited, "continental" style breakfast of snacks, juice, or fruit. This is a "standard" offering at most mid range and above hotels, and included in the price. But, especally at $300.00 + per night rates! Thats just greed and gouging practices. That makes a disappointed customer. Yes, its a small cost... thats my point.

I often times despise Hilton branded hotels, but we very impressed with how well this hotel is taken care of, and how nice the rooms are. Even more impressed at the size of the rooms, and the beds, sheets, and pillows were great, even from a five star hotel snob like me. I go to the Tri-Cities often for family events, and it was nice to have our own place to "go" each night. I would suggest this property to anyone looking for a great hotel in the Tri-Cities.

Beautiful newer hotel, kids were in awe entering it. Nice touch with the squares with coffee or water when you enter but they ran out before the family could get any. Convenient to alot of places to eat and just down from the mall.

The stay and accommodations were wonderful. We were further away from our family than I thought we would be but certainly isn't your fault. I should have asked for better directions. We will be attending my Gran daughters wedding in Sept. and plan on staying there at the Hotel, I will make reservations soon.
