Had an excellent stay Memorial weekend. I was preparing for my sisters wedding and the staff helped me with items I needed, always remembered me, asked about the wedding, and made me feel at home.Also very accommodating to family that visited me there. Great breakfast. Really, this is a great place to stay, very clean, everything works and clean. Staff excellent. Dont miss out

The room was very clean. The staff was nice, they offered us a to go breakfast at 3:30 am when we needed to catch our flight. The only downfall was that we couldn’t use the pool or hot tub as there were dozens of kids and teens, playing but screaming very loudly. The room the pool is in is quite echo-y and our ears were hurting from all the screaming so we left. I understand this isn’t the hotel’s fault but a quieter environment in the pool area would have been nice.

Very nice property. The indoor pool was a hit with the kids. The breakfast was good and had plenty of options. There was also a omelette station. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

My family and I stayed here for two nights. We LOVED the breakfast experience, especially because of the hardworking woman in the egg station! She was quick, clean, and made suuuper delicious eggs for our breakfast.

What a great hotel! Very friendly staff, awesome swimming pool and hot tub. Hotel was super clean. They have the best breakfast buffet that’s complimentary with your stay. Only thing I would say our family didn’t like was the creepiness of the elevators. Both of them sounded like they were going to break down at any second. Anytime we need to stay in tri cities this will be where we stay!

Check in was easy, room was great. We had family over to meet our new baby and the room had plenty of space and places to sit for family. It was very comfortable. Breakfast was great and all staff was friendly and helpful

Nice property. It was very busy during out stay, and unfortunately kids were knocking on doors all the doors down our hallway, so "quiet" probably isn't how I would describe it at that time. Otherwise, the hotel is modern and clean.

This was a short but great stay! We had the king suite and it was perfect for our family, lots of room! Breakfast was great and the staff was always around and always happy to help.
