This property is okay. A lot of sports teams stay here. It definitely needs some upgrades and feels a little dated. Some of the furniture was dented and showed wear. The walls are also thin and you can hear full conversations. I would recommend turning on the air to drown out noise. I slept a lot better the second night. Also, the pool is tiny and full of kids. The staff are nice though.

My husband and i had stayed here a few weeks ago after a hockey game and our experience was go good that we brought the kids this trip. They had so much fun playing in the pool. This is our new go-to spot for quick weekends away.

Not very expensive but limited bar area bartenders did not make drinks well at all was charged for a spilled drink for a toddler no toddler cups available poor customer service on that front desk was super friendly when checking in

It's a nice hotel, but didn't seem to be near anything but a convention center. Since this was a family trip, I wonder if there is some other part of town I should have chosen. We stayed in 3 hotels in 3 cities in 3 nights and this hotel had easily the least-desirable free breakfast. Looked like frozen sausage sandwiches wrapped in plastic and heated in a microwave, watery oatmeal, overripe bananas, no toast or pancakes or waffles.

This property has everything from adults to little ones. Food nearby. Staff super friendly. Im so sorry, but the person who helped me when I arrived was super friendly and help me with everything that I needed for my room. He was super busy since there was a concert next door so many people were checking in. He was the only one working the front desk but kept his calm. Let everyone know he would be right with them. Super nice guy... I rate him alone 5 stars for taking care of my family and me and still helping everyone around him.
