Check in was easy & the staff was very kind and welcoming. The view from my room of the waterfront in morning was very beautiful and relaxing. Their continental breakfast was very good & there is plenty of options to choose from. I would recommend this hotel to family & friends.

We (me, trophy husband) are wandering around this summer on a road trip and decided on a whim to stay here, on the 4th of July.
Pros:
Friendly staff. Easy parking. View of the Columbia River was awesome. No resort fees. Older, but adequate property.
Cons:
The breakfast was decent, but the way it was hyped up (hot breakfast, must sit down to eat, no taking food back to the room, gratuities not included) made me think the food would be awesome. It was good. Hot foods included eggs, sausage, premade pancakes. Cold options included cereal, pastries and bagels. Juice, tea, and coffee. And you serve yourself. Other bigger chain hotels offer this and more. Just an observation.
The pool area needs more chairs and tables. We went down to check it out and were entertained by the kid soup in the pool (I wasnt there for the pool, so I was amused but some others grumbled about the non working hot tub and no adult area/time.)
I believe this hotel is getting ready to renovate and as a result their onsite restaurant is closed. (Dont quote me though)
Overall we were pleased with our stay. Wouldn't stay again because the property
is overpriced in its current condition.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Clear to me that they did not clean the room before we arrived. I booked this hotel for my two kids as a spot in between Boise and Seattle. We came for the pool and the hot tub, yet neither of them were open and were “under construction” the beds were very uncomfortable and so were the pillows. There was lots of random stuff under the beds including little kids shoes. Also lots of holes in the walls, tv was very small and the shower was horrible. There is only one shower curtain which resulted in the water to leak everywhere. Walls are also very thin so you could hear everything that happens outside your room. Woke up at 6am to very loud banging. The staff was not friendly at all and couldn’t even hold eye contact. The area around the hotel was cute cause it was right on the river. But would never stay here again and I don’t advise anyone to choose this hotel.

Nice view of the river. The pool was closed which was the only reason we were staying here, for the kids to play after a long trip. Everyone was disappointed and I had grumpy tired kids for the evening. Would be great if pool was not mentioned if it’s not open.

We had a riverside veiw but we were blocked by plywood and contrustion supplies. Room was clean, just very dated. Sad because it is a family owned spot but its just very dated.

The property was definitely old and needed an upgrade but clean. The biggest downfall is we came with 4 children and the pool was under construction despite it being 95’ in summer. There was no notification or warning on the website that the pool was closed. This was super inconvenient. The only other downfall was the breakfast attendant was not a nice woman. Yes we ate but the customer service was NOT it. If the pool was open and the customer service was good this place is awesome! I might try it again if i go back to Tri Cities.

we booked based on the information provided by Expedia. When we arrived we found out that pool and patio aera was not available. Our group had booked 10 rooms for the night of June 7th more than a month in advance based on the river side pool and deck as we had many young children in our group. No one reached out to inform us or any other guests. But the biggest problem was booking through Expedia. I have used Expedia for years. Never using them again.

This hotel is one of the best that I have stayed at they have everything in one single rate. They have a outdoor pool, hot tub, gym, great view of the marina, their is a restaurant inside the hotel and they have breakfast included. I loved how peaceful the area is, such a great area to enjoy as a couple and with family. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Wasn’t the best. TV didn’t work even after maintenance came and hooked it up. Internet wasn’t strong enough. Even though the Crows nest is closed for construction they obviously still have parties in that space. We had two little kids who needed their rest for a wrestling tournament but were kept up until 10:30 p.m listening to Salt n Pepa Push it Real Good. If they want to book out the 4th floor for parties they should move the people directly under them! Not impressed….
