Location was great, room was very clean. Allowed us to do a late check out at no additional charge. The only thing that was disappointing was the room did not have a fridge (only for beverages for purchase), and did not have a microwave. This made it somewhat difficult since we were travelling with an infant.

I am so happy with my stay at the Westin! They are very gracious and accomodating. They were able to furnish the room with a roll-away bed for my child. Check-in & check-out went smoothly! Will definitely stay again!

The Seattle Westin is overall a nice hotel, a bit dated and needing a renovation, but otherwise was good, our room was clean, beds were comfortable, could see wallpaper starting to pull away from corners,
My gripe however was our experience trying to depart the hotel today, 4 elevators covering 47 floors, our room was floor 15 of 47, we were trying to catch a elevator going down for nearly 45 minutes with no luck, of the few elevators that stopped on our floor, all were packed to capacity, with frustrated occupants on board suggesting we take the stairs, which we did after 45 minutes of waiting…walking down 15 floors of stairs with 3 suitcases…Not Fun…
I’d seen another family do the same from our floor!
I would not stay here again after our experience today.

The good: updated rooms, very clean, and close to Pike Market/Monorail. The not so good: Very poor communication regarding the facilities. The pool was closed without any notice given until check-in. Worse than that, three of the four elevators were out of service for a 40 plus story tower, again without notice! We found ourselves camping on the 37th floor outside the elevator waiting for at least half an hour. This hotel was advertised as family friendly but I do not know why. Lastly, parking was $55 daily, again not mentioned anywhere on the Expedia page. Buyer beware when you are dealing with Expedia; who knows what they are not telling you!

Everything was truly wonderful, and we SO appreciated our upgrade to be more closely situated near other family members.
Thank you, Westin!

Rented a room at the Westin for a night for an early next day appointment. Traveled with a baby & young child. As soon as we got to the room we discovered tv didn’t work & they sent up a technician who fixed it. There is no fridge in room for personal use & the one in the room had snacks & drinks available for purchase but not for personal storage, which was locked up & they had to send a tech up who couldn’t open it & said they would need to send an engineer to the room. I called down & requested a fridge & one was brought up promptly but it was hot & had to give it a few hours to cool downs& start working. My kids enjoyed pool & hotel was nice. Inconvenient not having basic amenities in a hotel room. I would not recommend for families. Next time i will book elsewhere.

It was overpriced and paid for parking 55$ a day, no fridge no microwave no hot tub! I will never stay at this place again and I don’t recommend it for couples or families.
