The Staff! Great job LIna and co. We were there for 6 days and we felt like family. The rooms were nice. There are lots of close restaraunts. Walk was easy to Pike Place Market. Reasonably priced, centrally located.

Clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Parking was easy. Check in and check out was effortless thanks to hotels.com.
Close to everything!
I had been warned that there was a lot of homeless people and aggressive panhandlers around Seattle but found that the area that this hotel is in, I didnt notice any of that. Clean area of town, I felt safe with my family.
Restaurants and shopping were very close.

Very impressed with the overall comfort and cleanliness of the hotel and my room. All the staff was very professional, helpful and kind. The hotel was in a perfect location to local eateries and things to do. I plan on coming back and bringing my family next to stay at the Paramount. Great job.

My family of four really enjoyed the location of the hotel. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to visit in our short stay. The only major complaint was noise from both our neighbours (we were on the 11th floor) and from the AC unit in our room. The AC unit was a bit of a rollercoaster. When it was off, the room would heat up. Then the AC unit kicked in and made things quite cool (and noisier). This cycle repeated non-stop. Finally, the staff were very nice to talk to and made me feel very welcome.

The Paramount is situated within a 20min walk of almost everything. It is perfect if you feel like walking to Pike Place for example. There is tons of shopping and restaurants in the immediate area and within a 10-20 min walk. It has the monorail right there so you can take that easily to the Space Needle and surrounding area and it takes less than 5 minutes.
The hotel itself is clean, updated and a fantastic place to stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There are also several restaurants attached if you prefer that.
The only knock on it is that it is LOUD at night and in the morning. Our room faced the street and when the morning buzz started to pick up around 4-5am it did wake us up. I didn't really mind it, but the family did wake up. It can be an annoyance.
I would definitely stay here again upon returning to Seattle.

Entire family loved our stay. Father was close to the business convention center. Mom and kids had easy access to the University of Washington campus.
Wonderfully delightful, engaging, sincere work staff at check-in and throughout the Hotel.

When we booked this room, expedia had this hotel highlighted as a family choice, which it is far from.
There is zero amenities for families there, not even a place to find pop ( this may have been due to the fact that no staff even told us about the restaurant as we were checking in )
The area around the hotel has nothing for kids and there is barely anything for adults to eat ( unless you are looking to sit in a restaurant for a few hours)
The arrival was very cold and unwelcoming, I believe we were checked in by the manager Erin and she made zero attempt to welcome us or explain the hotel amenities.
The rooms were old with dirt and dust all in the areas a square vacuum can not get to, i believe we still had dog food under our AC system.
The beds were terrible with the sheets sounding like crunching paper when you moved around. The first even we were awoken twice to a fire alarm that had the entire hotel exit the building twice. On both occasions not one of the staff even addressed the guests standing in the cold, instead we just followed the crowd when they went back inside, the fire department didn't even come the second time. The issues was water leaking in on hot pipes causing steam to set off the alarms from what was overheard. We then spent the remaining of our time there mon, tue, wed looking for management to help explain what happened that evening. I still have had ZERO follow up from the management after i reached out in an email to ERIN.
