Great hotel and just fine for a small family. Close to the market, waterfront, and monorail to the Seattle Center

Hotel is just ok. Front desk not very helpful. Hotel is very dark. No chairs in rooms except for tiny office-type desk chair. Rating facilities at hotel very expensive with very limited menu. Definite not kid friendly menu. Best thing was golden retriever in office. Would never stay here again.

Great location, room was clean and well appointed but the bathroom door didn't close all the way. I'm all for great design but the barn door for the bathroom didn't close. There was about a two inch gap towards the bottom. Not so great when you are sharing a room. Staff was great, lobby bar is 21 and so there was no where to sit with a teenager or kids after a long day of walking. Awesome bartender recognized my disappointment and gave me a glass of wine to take up to my room...
