There was no shampoo in the room(room phone doesn't work) so I told the front desk, but no one was coming so my family used shower jel instead of shampoo. And the next morning I found shampoo in front of my door.I don't know when it came.Guess it's probably past midnight or early in the morning. Also there is the worst hair dryer. It's so dirty and the handle is very sticky. No one wants to touch it.
The wooden door to the bathroom was ridiculous.I tried to close it and it would just open itself so the door don't work in the room.I'll never stay at Hilton Motif Seattle again.

This was the most inconvenient hotel I have ever stayed at. We won’t for a little family vacation and paid extra money for a comfortable stay with our two young children. By the end of the night we are all getting settled down and getting the kids to bed. As we were laying down our baby, what we found in the bed was completely unacceptable. They did give us a new room but we had to pack up an entire room and a 2 year old already in bed and a cranky 1 month old infant. After that our key wasn’t working in the parking garage and it was difficult getting in and out. They promised us some refunds that we did not receive and they charged us anyway and did not hold up to their promise. The location is horrible and the overall hotel has made us never want to go back to Seattle. For this being a Hilton, this was extremely disappointing and the way they handled the bed issue was very unprofessional and misleading. Upon calling the hotel to get this refund issue resolved, the person who “helped” was entirely snobby and rude and refused to let me speak with management to properly get it rectified. This is a horrible hotel, spend your money elsewhere.

Nice and affordable hotel with really pretty views. We wanted a place to stay that was close enough to walk to Pike’s Place and the concert venue we had tickets to and this was perfect! Not sure about bringing our kids to stay as there is a lot of homelessness and we witnessed a lot of people on drugs or doing drugs while we walked around…not the hotels fault, more of a city issue. We felt safe in the hotel though.

Conveniently close to Pike Place Market and to monorail. Visited with family and it was a good stay for all of us.

Well, the first room ocean feom is funny. The very first thing you do after luggage and traveling is go to the bathroom. I sat down and needed tp and the holder fell of the wall. First 5 minutes of the stay. Its ok Mr Miller we will put you on the 20th floor. Didnt mean anything extra since i already paid foe a over 300 dollar anight stay. So, try waking up and having to use the bathroom and a number two and the toilet wont flush. Wash the hands and no water. Hmm, leave the sink on so it can wake you so.you can flush the toilet so your wife dies nit wake up to this. Ok, so she after the water ran she could use the restroom and it yet again would not flush. Oh even better, they have these barn front doors that are really cute, but dont stay shut, and actually the morning of our stay the barn door fell off the rail and hit her in the face. I picked up the door and put it against the wall. Needless to say its pretty from the outside and ugly in the middle. I always my whole life for family raod tripps any i am and always be a Hilton person just dont ever do this. You will have the worst night ever unless your a single man that needs nothing more than to pee in abottle

We really enjoyed our stay at the Motif. The staff was nice. They have Alexa set up in the room for any guest needs. Can be a plus but also a little invasive as our kids played with it and next thing we have a knock at the door delivery some body soap!!! The downtown area is a little crowded with the homeless population. Overall we enjoyed the hotel and location

Excellent customer service. Due to a flight delay, we arrived to the hotel at 11pm and they no longer had our type of room available. The manager quickly found us a different room but with a different bed arrangement. Since there would not be enough beds, they brought us rollaway beds for the kids. As an apology, they offered us waters and snacks, complimentary breakfast, refunded fees and part of our stay. Although the room issue was an inconvenience, they were quick to resolve it.

The bathroom door of most of the room is of closet door type (on rollers) with no latch and a wide gap on either side of the door. Very discomfortable to stay with family or friends.

Great place to stay downtown. Easy walking distance for me and the kids to go exploring.
