This was our first stay at this hotel. The staff is incredibly friendly and the hotel was very comfortable. The only rrason I gave is a "4" for cleanliness is because the floor in our room had something sticky on it. I'd highly recommend this hotel to friends and family.

A fun experience for us with our first StayPinapple stay. Lots of little extras make it memorable - water bottles, refills, cookies, games in lobby and a bright, inviting room. Beds were comfy and water was hot in the shower. Robes were SO great! We had 3 adults in our room and the only issue I would highlight is the setup of the bathrooms which aren't conducive to sharing - one sliging, non-locking door for sink, mirror, toilet and shower. Closet also in the bathroom.
The staff was very friendly and efficient. Parking is available many places and were we fortunate to arrive on a Saturday evening when parking was free after 8pm and all day Sunday. The area around the hotel seemed safe and was full of pedestrians, etc. Not a super busy street for car traffic We were able to walk just about EVERYWHERE we wanted to go from our hotel. Would recommend for just about anyone (maybe not seniors) - kid friendly, family friendly, inclusive.

Visiting my grandchildren and I chose this hotel because of the location and it has really interesting decor that I thought would be cool for my teenage grandchildren. I was not disappointed at all. The customer service was excellent and as soon as we walked through the door we felt welcome. We were able to walk to the space needle and we went to the Irish festival. We also walked to pike’s market and picked up some food on our way back. Not sure about parking since I didn’t have a car.

This place is unique and we like it. The room was large for a family of 4. We like the water refill concept similar to hotels in Europe so that is a big plus.

We are regular travelers to Seattle and have stayed at the Maxwell and Watertown Stay Pineapple properties, so we were overdue for trying out Hotel Five. The property is located on 5th Avenue and Blanchard — walking distance from all of the best Seattle spots in Pikes Place, downtown, Belltown, Seattle Center, and more. Property is an older one but very well maintained. Rooms have great amenities and were clean; our double queen bed room was not spacious but cozy for our family of four with the suitcases. Bathroom and shower was great! And the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

I wasnt sure what to expect upon arrival, but it was as advertised. The desk staff was joyfully and helpful. I got my complimentary cocktail (necessary after a long day of travel) and got quickly settled in the room. It is a good layout, plenty of storage and clean (no carpet!!!). I stayed 5 nights and all staff were pleasant and helpful. Complimentary bottled water the whole time. Fitness center enough to suffice to get in a workout. Location is convenient if you are trying to do BellTown/Fremont/Pioneer Square sight seeing. Easy to walk. And easy to ride share - never waited more than 3 minutes for any ride. Little shops and restaurants nearby.
I have no complaints about the hotel. My only suggestion is to request a room on back side of hotel. There is currently (nov 2023) construction across street, they start at 5-5:30 am. Also the monorail runs down this street. Back and forth all day. Normally done by 9 pm but runs until midnight is there is event (game or concert) at the hockey arena. Something to consider depending on the purpose of your trip and if you travel with kids.

We loved this hotel. It had tons of amenities. The drinks right when you get there was sooo nice. My kids loved the shuffle board and Pac-Man. We would definitely stay there again. There was one road that we walked down that was terrifying. It was directly west. Lots of homeless doing drugs. Besides that one street we felt very safe and our truck was parked outside unguarded and was totally fine. The hotel itself is very secure and felt very safe.

The location was awesome, walking distance to everything you’d want to do downtown. The staff was really nice, amenities and free items were a bonus. Lobby was cool and kids enjoyed the time playing around the game room. The bar was permanently closed. But this was an overall average experience, compared to other hotel stays. Probably will not book again. Our room was dirty, dirt and debris on the floors. There were flys in the room. The little toy dog that greets you in your room that they encourage you purchase was wet for some reason. Kids really wanted it but I couldn’t because of the gross idea that it was not clean to begin with. The sheets had a faint urinating smell. Ran into the maintenance man in the hall way and got to talking to him. He admitted being the only staff taking care of all the rooms with little too no help. So no wonder the rooms felt rushed to get ready for the next guest. So a little disappointing experience. The set up seems like it would be a good idea.

The hotel and staff were great. We were welcomed by a lovely, spunky woman who checked us in. The room was very well put together. It's on the smaller side but it was perfect for my husband and I. The room was clean and really fun with the decor. Location was great. Downtown Seattle was great to walk pretty much everywhere we were planning to go. Check out was easy and quick. We adopted the pineapple hat wearing husky stuffed animal. We are huge dog people and loved what they were doing with this stuffed animal. At check out they asked to see pictures of our fluffballs and that was fun. Sent us home with a couple things extra for our fur babies too. Everyone there was just so friendly and we enjoyed staying there. Thank you.
