Cleanliness of our room was good. I don't hear noise coming from outside our room unless they're screaming right outside our door which happened a couple of times which was understandable bcuz there were crowds of families with kids in town for a tournament. The two staff members I interacted with were kind. But the cleanliness of the elevator was not so good and the pool area really needs work. 1st day we go in around 4pm. Pool is stuffy and almost like a sauna. No ventilation. So parents sitting and watching their kids pretty much suffer. My daughter says the water was nice and cold thou. 2nd day in there 8am and there are wet towels EVERYWHERE and the pool looks questionable. The one bathroom they have in the pool area is kept locked but they have a sign that asks pool users to dry off before entering the bldg. No provided towels bcuz they're all on the floor wet and bathroom locked. So we're suppose to sit here until we're dried? Which didn't happen to a lot of ppl I seen yesterday, which caused the hallway floor to be wet leading to the elevators and to the outside bathrooms by the lobby area. Asking for a lawsuit to happen smh. Wasn't able to catch the free breakfast in the morning.

Our room did not seem fully cleaned and it took a little while to get this rectified. Large group of children at the hotel that day and the noise continued into the night, along with someone pacing back and forth above us, keeping us up even after we called the front desk to complain. Also, a good amount of traffic noise.

Luis was very kind and friendly and made check-in a breeze. He went so far as to upgrade our room so that we'd have more space for our two teenage boys. Our room was bright, spacious, and very clean. We were visiting with a few other families, and we all commented on the comfortable beds and bedding. The breakfast was delicious and well-kept. Highly recommend this hotel!

I came in from out of town with my family around 1pm hoping there could be a chance to check in early. Nothing available at the time which was understandable because check in was at 4pm. The front desk told me that they had multiple room available like i requssted so it should be done by the time we came back. We went to a bridal shower came back after 4:40 and the room was done. They offered me a different room that i did not pay for and wouldnt accommodate my family. Over an hour and a half later our room was done. But while we were waiting 5 other families were served immediately! Then we finally get into our room with 2 very tired children and out bathroom light didnt even work! I will never book a room with them again.

We had a very comfortable stay with very clean rooms, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast bar was also nice. There had been a big group with ball teams there the night before so our kids weren’t able to get in the pool because it wasn’t very clean and that was the only thing that was disappointing with our stay

We were very upset when our room was changed without our knowledge prior to our arrival. We requested and paid for a queen suite so that we could be with our three children together in the same room. When we checked in we were told that the suite had not been cleaned and we were going to have to stay in two separate rooms that had queen beds. I explained to the person checking us in that we needed a suite in order to remain together as a family for our vacation and was told that there was nothing he could do about it and he seemed annoyed that I cared. He said you “would not rather have two rooms?” I then requested that we change rooms the next day in order to be together for the remainder of our stay and at first he told us that that could not happen but then changed and said it could. For that night my husband and I had to stay in separate rooms and split the kids. When we spoke with the new person at the check-in counter the next morning they again seemed surprised that we would not prefer two separate rooms and we had to explain again that we have our children and did not want to be sleeping in separate rooms on our vacation. They let us know that the queen suite that we reserved was currently full and we would have to wait for the people to check out and the room to be cleaned. This let us know that the hotel chose to take more money and allow someone else that suite even though we had booked in advance and paid the day that we booked for that room. It was clear to me

The check-in process and customer service was great. My only complaint was that breakfast was advertised at 7:00 am and it was not ready until close to 8:00. We chose this hotel along with several other families due to its proximity to our event (Special Olympics State Games) and had planned on the 7:00 breakfast in order to be at our event at 8:00. Obviously, this upset the morning plans for several athletes and we would have made other breakfast arrangements if we had been made aware of this delay.
