My family and I stayed for one night because we were in transit and had a early morning flight. The facility was clean and the staff was very helpful. They had a shuttle service that made it easy for us to travel as a big group, for an early flight.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and all our needs were met re: crib, etc. Confusingly, there is another hotel with the same name not too far away, so we sent our Doordash order to the wrong address. Our fault but c'mon, the same name?? It's frustrating you need a key card to do basic things like operate the elevator. After 4 days wrestling two young kids on a plane, through a wedding, and back home again, I was not in the mood for the elevator to tell me it wouldn't move for what appeared to be no reason.

We made reservations for 2 rooms because of our family size. They put our kids and us in a ADA unit several doors apart and we had the busy road side....Way to much noise. Rooms need to be updated. Some of the USB ports did not work in the room. broken furniture, etc. Will not stay there again.

Im am truly indebted to this hotel. We are a family of five (two toddlers and a newborn) and we were stranded needing another night last second. There was no vacancy but the front office worked their magic and let us stay free of charge. I will be paying tomorrow morning regardless of if me and my family can or at the very least am leaving a huge tip. Not all heros wear capes and your staff truly are those heros! Thank you so much for being a kind hearted hotel and you staff were and are nothing but compassioante and prifessional!! This kindness has made me want to be a hotel member. I will be staying at 4 points if one is around anywhere I can. Gained my loyalty in an instant with that service. Thank you deeply!!

It was clean. Other then that, the amenities were not great. Definately pay attention to the details before booking. Parking is $15 per night to park in their larking garage. Breakfast is $18 per person. Go out to eat instead. The pool was closed. This is the main reason I booked this hotel. It was something the kids were looking forward to. Complimentary coffee was only available during breakfast hours.
