Check in was a little rough. We arrived at check in around 8pm and I was told I reservation (when she finally found it) had been cancelled. She couldn’t tell me why, or who cancelled it. It took about 20 minutes to get things figured out and she was able to reinstate our reservation. The room was fine, not quite as spacious as I expected based on description but it worked for us. The tiny tiny bathroom was a little disappointing with 6 people in our room but we managed. The breakfast downstairs was 10/10. And the kids loved the pool however the hot tub was not working which was disappointing to my husband and I. The hotel could really use some updating but all and all it was a good place to stay.

Our stay was incredible! We were traveling with our 6 children and had a suite. The room was perfect, clean and equipped with everything we needed, except a crib, which they were out of and that wad the only disappointment. Breakfast was amazing, pool was awesome, and team was so helpful.and polite!

I am a frequent client and use this hotel every time I visit, approx 10-12 times a year, and as always, they treat me well and are very focused on comfort and service here. Whether it's for business or family fun, the Best Western of Auburn is always there for us and a pleasure to stay at.

We stay at this particular Best Western in Auburn, WA quite often(approx 5-6 times a yr), because of the comfortable beds and pillows. The others in the area don't compare to the price, safety, and comfort as this one, and they try hard to keep their guests happy. The only bad thing I could think to say about this trip was the thundering footsteps and squeals of young kids above our room around midnight, but that is not the hotel's fault. We will be back again real soon!

There were a ton of kids staying at the property for a basketball tournament, and they did a great job hosting.

The hotel's location is in middle of warehouse-businesses, so a nice stroll may be out of question. If you have an automobile, it is great location to head on the back roads to Tacoma, Puyallup or any of the King County suburbs... as well as Mount Rainier. For shopping, it is a hop & skip away from the outlet connection. The highway is right there.
Parking space is great. The fitness room is clean and up to date on equipment and organized. The breakfast offers a full breakfast, which is nice especially for tired work or family travelers. That area is pretty clean and organized. The front lobby looks fancy and Pacific Northwest theme as a shoutout to Mount Rainier area. When I am back up in Seattle area, I would stay here again.

The building is getting a face lift outside and some inside. It’s an older Best Western, so it is in need of some work. The construction didn’t bother us. The kids loved the pool. The breakfast was ok. The headboards on both beds were in really bad condition, they were faux leather looking material and it was peeling badly. In the separate bedroom, the carpet right in front of the A/C unit was extremely sticky. The shower was clean there was an old cigarette burn on top of edge of the bath tub. There was just enough small old/worn out features that it made it feel yucky. Hopefully these are the items that will be addresses when they do construction inside.

At 1st they put us in a dirty room with a broken AC and chair missing wheels rips in the headboard and then they move us, I chose this hotel because it offered a crib or baby bed and the one they gave us was dirty and water/fluid stains all over. No upgrade for the inconvenience or discount. The rooms are much smaller than in the pictures and you get a tiny closet for a bathroom without even a sink in there. Pictures are made to look like the room is much bigger than it is. Towels are mismatched and you only get 2. And there is brown stuff smeared on the bathroom wall by the door in the new Room 241. This hotel is so bad that we checked out early to camp out in my sister's yard. No way will I pay to live like that for my vacation.
