Comfort Inn Auburn - Seattle

The desk staff was very helpful to us in suggesting where to park our RV, and to offer restaurant options. The ice machine was broken, and there was no restroom in the lobby. The rooms were clean and roomy as well as quiet. The breakfast had several choices and was plenty for our family. We would choose this Comfort Inn again.

We has reserved several rooms for a family gathering for a celebration of life. The staff was very accommodating, Nellie in particular, to using the lobby for gatherings. Rooms were very comfortable.

The hot tub was down for “maintenance” the entire time of our trip, which was a week. We used the pool once and it was filthy then down for “routine maintenance” and never opened back up. The toilets were child sized, so low to the ground that I felt like my knees were in my chest, and the shower had no safety bottom. And it didn’t get very hot. The breakfast was terrible, not even bare minimum. The room was nice enough though. Overall, very disappointed and won’t be staying here again.

Staff was quite friendly and pleasant. Breakfast was good and the room was more than adequate. We enjoyed the 3 day stay visiting family in Auburn. We have stayed in several other motels in Auburn but this is certainly our favorite.

Everything you read about their comfortable beds is absolutely true! Our family of 4 stayed here for 5 days - it was an excellent location for staying near friends we wanted to visit, and after a busy day of activity with them, on the way back to the hotel, we would all talk about how we looked forward to those beds! Soft and pillowy without being TOO soft, and wonderful smooth sheets, just the right amount of blankets . . . and good room temperature control, too - so we all slept great each night. So don't let the hotel's unassuming location fool you - this is a terrific place to stay! The manager and staff are unfailingly helpful and friendly, and you'll have all you need to go about your day, from snow-white towels and good water pressure and temperature in the shower to a sustaining breakfast . . . and, again, those beds!

Property is quiet, the swimming pool was open which was good since my son wanted to swim. The room size is small, and bathroom is really tiny very hard to bathe a toddler. The fan of the AC in the room seems to be not working effectively, we had to call the front to ask for a stand up/box fan to get the circulation going. The fridge was missing a foot so it was wobbly. I informed the front desk of all the issues in the room since i didnt want to have any issues with my deposit. Its been 3 weeks now since our stay and the deposit is still not returned.
