Showed up at 11pm after driving 11 hours needed a hot shower,kids went to bed i jump in the shower and its turned up as hot as can be and it was luke warm. I was cold showering and had to get out. Not a great experience since what do i do wake my kids to move rooms. We leave in the morning for another 12hr drive and all 3 of us wont be showering. Picked the most expensive hotel i could find here in VA just to avoid issue like that.

Great Staff & the location was close to many attractions. We loved having easy access to the workout center and indoor pool. Our family enjoyed the stay and it was definitely a positive experience.

Friendly and welcoming staff , pool was closed down no fun for the kids, breakfast was over bearing with people not enough to go around. Room service does t knock just walks in could be concerning to most naked people staying here
