Holiday Inn Club Vacations Williamsburg Resort, an IHG Hotel

We found this resort late in the evening at the last minute after we ere bumped from the Wyndham because they overbooked. We arrived devastated that other family members weren’t bumped from a resort we booked months in advance. We were pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and friendly employees. I will suggest this resort to my family for future vacations.

We plan to stay with this location again in the future. The building was nice, clean and quiet. Our kids loved the amenities.

Over all family friendly food stay. Floors in room were not clean and there was a ton of hair in the indoor pool.

The condo was beautiful! Absolutely perfect. We really enjoyed the bowling. Highly recommend for families visiting the Williamsburg area.

Things to consider 1. Half of their buildings will not allow you to control your own thermostat. 78 in the villa and we're told after two visits from maintenance thats the case. Tried to open windows but they're all screwed shut. The guy could hook up a portable AC but we were trying to get the kids to bed. The kids were really cranky and we were tired so I gave up. They refused to switch rooms when I requested. 2. They will not give you keys at the check in desk, they will make you go to one of the time share sales desks to get your keys activated. The guy was very friendly and not pushy but I had my wife and kids waiting in the car. 3. Other maintenance issues like both showerheads leaked, broken fridge light, heater in the bathroom didnt work. We have been here with friends that were club members and had no issues.

My family have stayed at this property before so we knew what to expect. We were even more impressed! We stayed in one of the newer buildings. The unit (2bd w/ 1 queen and 1 full sz beds) was larger than our previous room. Convenient amenities for family fun. Excellent location, no more than 5-10 mins for all "necessities" (i.e. Walmart, Outlets, eateries, amusement parks etc :)! We had a great time!

Wow, this was an amazing hotel experience! We had 2 full bedrooms and two full bedrooms and a full kitchen and family room and washer and dryer.

It’s a great resort plenty to do while staying,?kid friendly 3 pools cafe on sight . My only complaint is I hate jacuzzi tubs , hard to get into and not friendly for seniors

A very nice facility .great rooms kid friendly. Lots to do daily close to Williamsburg

My family stayed in the signature room during our stay and it was very nice. Beautifully furnished, very comfortable for a family staying with children. I wish there were more amenities for kidson the grounds but it was just enough to give them options.
