In town for a family wedding. Hotel was a good value for the money. Great location, large rooms and clean. Not luxurious, but nice hotel for the price.

This weekend the property had a a lot of guest. From family reunions to young athlete's. The staff handled things very well. I love that you could cast to the TV, the apps you had on your own phone! The only negative was they only had one elevator working which made the on an elevator extra long. Other than that, great place to stay.

This property messed up my reservation resulting in me sleeping on the couch in the room because there were not enough beds. And when I went to the bar to ask for a glass of ice water… I was told there’s water fountains down the hall and ice on floors three and five. Are you kidding me? I can’t even get a glass of water from the bar.

The staff was very unhelpful and disappointing. When I called the facility upon arrival, to inquire about a pending charge on my credit card that was not authorized I was not helped and dismissed. I have stayed at this hotel several times because of the convenience to the mall and dining - and also the rooms are nice for a small family, but the front desk service was less than stellar - unsure if we will stay there again.

Our family stayed at this hotel year ago, and let’s just say, it’s seen better years. The hotel is 100% convenient to restaurants and shopping, but the quality, customer service and cleanliness of the hotel has drastically changed and decreased. I am hoping hotel management will work on a better customer experience, especially given the Hyatt brand quality of hotels.
