Residence Inn consistently offers the amount and kind of space we need for family lodging. The building and configuration were as expected. The pool, breakfast, and staff were excellent. The room we stayed in felt run down. The refrigerator door was beat up, the sofa was stained, and the dining table was chipped. The corners in the bathroom has accumulations if grime. I just felt like the room was sub-standard, compared to previous experiences at Residence Inn. We pay more for Residence Inn because we can count on it to meet our needs. I was disappointed by the run down nature of this room.

We were in town for a family reunion last weekend, and stayed here. Loved it!! Not many hotels are quiet, but I didn’t hear anything from our room. The rooms are huge. Would definitely stay here again.

We have always thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Residence Inn Hotels the accommodations are awesome, I have a big family so it’s been very nice to be able to share a suite and not be split into two rooms. The continental breakfast is amazing too, they offer a lot of different options and the staff are always so friendly and helpful. However, this time around I noticed that the hotel seemed outdated and there were stains on the cushions of the couch. When we pulled out the sofa bed, there were used sheets and blankets still on the mattress. The room was ground level and although it had a fireplace we felt cool temps throughout the night. All in all we slept well and enjoyed our stay but I want to continue to love this hotel as much as I did the previous years.

Because of the snowy weather, we couldn't enjoy the outdoor patio and the fire pit. Our family decided to enjoy the pool but they told us that the pool wasn't working this month. We reserve the room with non-refundable seeing they have an indoor pool. We should stayed another hotel.

Residence Inns are quickly becoming a favorite for our family travels. The rooms are more like an apartment than a hotel room, making for a comfortable stay. The fully stocked kitchenette with full size refrigerator makes it easy to prepare meals or store snacks and drinks. The breakfast was fantastic with lots of choices to please everybody. Courteous staff kept food items well stocked. Smooth and easy check in and check out. Hotel location is quiet yet close to BYU's football stadium and track complex. Ample parking in a well-lit lot. Our room was spotless and the bed comfortable. Even though we were located on the bottom floor close to the main entrance into the building our room was very quiet. We will definitely stay again.

The two bedroom suite with a convertable sofa was ideal for family and more economical than getting two regular hotel rooms. Location was ideal. Beds were not quite as comfortable as other Marriot hotel beds I have stayed in. I am large and prefer more padding, but the rest of my family though the beds were great.
