Only suggestion would be to have the staff check the pool more often We were there for two nights and we were able to get in the hot tub for about 10 minutes because it was full of kids under 14 all afternoon

Staff are great! We always seem to forget something and the front desk staff were great and found a swim diaper for us! My kids love the room.

The hotel was okay, all of our bedding was dirty- not stained but unwashed food marks. The bed skirt has what looked like throw up on it again not a stain. The carpet in our room was sticky to walk on. The pool was decent and our kids enjoyed it. The staff was friendly.

Granted, we checked in late, but I requested a room away from the freeway because we were tired from driving all day & night and needed a good nights rest. I understand they can't guarantee your requests, but the noise from the freeway coupled w/the busses of kids that were staying there wasn't very restful. If it weren't for that, everything else was great!

We were out visiting family - our stay was only for one evening. Our room was clean and comfortable. We used the pool in the morning with our grandson and it too was clean. A good breakfast was available in the morning. Overall, a great place to stay.
