Overall the hotel was nice and pretty clean. We took our granddaughter for her first stay in a hotel while we visited family. We chose this one for it's location and breakfast (since we were traveling with a 4 yr old). Breakfast was from 7-10 am. We got there about 9 am and I was shocked at the condition of the breakfast area. It was extremely messy and dirty. But honestly there was nothing there I could even give my granddaughter except a bowl of Cheerios. The fruit bowl was a bag of frozen berries that were still frozen or the older ones that had turned to MUSH. I wish now I would have taken pictures because I can't even put into words how bad this was. Never have I experienced a breakfast like this, especially at a Hyatt. We had to drive about 10 miles to find a breakfast place. Very very disappointed.

I stay here nearly every time I come into town to visit family. Super convenient to everything the woodlands has to offer. I love dining at Killens Steakhouse, Killens BBQ, Lupe Tortillas, Pappasitos, Goode Co. Fish Camp and more! There is a great cupcake and coffee place called Crave that is close by. Multiple shopping areas, Woodlands Mall, Portifino Shopping Center and City Market. The hotel has free breakfast in the morning. Decent array of items and has coffee. Outside of breakfast time they do have Starbucks coffee. I believe you can order food from the kitchen but I don’t believe they have a true room service. Staff is always helpful and the hotel is clean. Parking is super easy, no valet. They do have a pool and a gym. I’ve not used them but I know they exist. Overall, I enjoy the cleanliness and ease of this location. Will definitely keep staying.

Booked this hotel for my grandaughters annual performance at the Mitchell wood pavillion and it was a huge blessing. First of all the price was so much more reasonable then the others in the area. Second the locations was so accessible to where we needed to go and hardly any traffic. Of course the hotel itself i cant say enough about.. the rooms seperated area w pull outbed gave us lots of options .. we where able to take a few dips in the pool in between shows and the morning breakfast buffet came in handy for feeding a family of 5. Over all our stay was very pleasant but i would like to say a very special thank you to miss Jessica i believe was a Gm filling in for a sick employee.. Jessica is a true gem and was very helpful and pleasant in every situation from extra blankets to making our caramel machiatto no vanilla at there starbucks/lounge. Thank you so much! We look forward to staying again next year.
