The staff members are beyond mediocre, they can't do anything to help you even if you come with babies. The room has a really bad smell and the breakfast is horrible. Even the location is convenient, I wouldn't stay here again.

We were here for a Meet for my granddaughter. As a family the night gentleman was wonderful very helpful with a great attitude. They had free bottled waters and free snacks (cheese its and rice krispie treats) The rooms were great bigger than I expected. They were also clean. The kitchen area has a big microwave, coffee maker, toaster and dishes to use. Breakfast was good and plenty of variety. The area was safe and there was a mall close by and resturants. Overall the place was quiet and we were able to sleep well. I would come again.

We had a great room with plenty of space for our family. Loved it.

As soon as I booked the hotel I called and requested 2 of the complimentary cribs for our twins and were told they’d put our name on them. We got there and they didn’t have any. I paid extra for this hotel because it had cribs and we were told we’d have 2. I would rather have saved my $ and stayed somewhere else. Our babies didn’t sleep well at all and we ended up checking out and driving 4 hours home at 130 AM. There was no need in a hotel for the short amount of time we were there. And on top of that, there were grown adults acting like 10 year olds outside and yelling and drinking and having a party. I called the front desk and asked them to tell them to be quiet. The desk probably did ask, but they didn’t enforce it. I ended up calling the local police on them. I wasn’t happy AT ALL!!

Great all-around hotel for family!

Everything was convenient and we had a pleasant stay during a very difficult time for our family. We were in town for a funeral for a family member and the staff was very kind, hotel was very nice and they made a difficult time much easier for all of our family!

It was a very spacious and accommodating room size for a family of 4 with 2 children that need their individual space. The pull out sofa bed was perfect for our needs. The fridge and microwave with supplies was ideal. Will definitely be staying in a Home2 Suites by Hilton again
