Staff is very friendly and accomodating. Breakfast/dinner/drinks are amazing. Room was very clean and comfortable. Hotel well-maintained. Would definitely recommend for families/business.

Fantastic place to stay. They had a happy hour for families from 530-730 with snacks included in the stay. It was real and delicious food not just snacks. Breakfast was also very nice.

The staff bait and switched me. They told me one thing but acted differently. I will never stay here and make sure my colleagues, friends and family stay away too.

We travel often from NY to TX to visit family. If our flight has a late arrival or early departure we always stay at Drury in The Woodlands. The hotel is clean and quiet. Breakfast is better than most hotels and same goes for the evening cocktail hour.

The checking experience was impressive. It was after 10 PM when I checked in. I was impressed with the security at that time of the evening. The clerk was polite and efficient. I didn’t stay the night because I spent time with family so late. The next morning my checkout was pleasant and easy.

Checkin was easy. Room was clean & in good condition. Bed was comfortable. Lots of options for breakfast. Only thing we would change was earlier opening time for the pool as kids wanted to swim before we left

Roaches in room. Came out of shower head. Front desk didnt care. Absolutely disgusting. Room on 5th floor. Front desk also had young kid crying after promising mother late check out night before so he could swim. Then told them no in morning and on Mothers Day.
