Our stay was decent. Hotel is clean. Area is nice. First morning we were there the housekeeping opened our door without knocking while my girlfriend was changing clothes. Towels feel like sandpaper so.. not good. One elevator was shut down the last couple of days due to some kids getting trapped in it and the FD coming to open it. Last morning we were there we left the shower on for ten minutes. Could never get hot water. Not a fan of cold showers. Housekeeping knocked on the door this time.. at 11:05 to say time to check out. Meh.

The room was beautiful. Check in was not great, the schedule was 3 o'clock and I arrived at 2:40pm and was going to be charged $15.00 for early check in, what!! So I opted to wait, that was upsetting not like I was trying to check in hours early. The pool was clean and the area around the hotel was quiet, guests were noisy in the hallway but that's to be expected with kids.

This may be my new favorite hotel. Recent build, clean, obviously well-designed. The pool was very enjoyable, and the staff were super friendly. My family and I enjoyed our stay as we started the long drive back to Canada!

The front staff wanted to charge me for checking in 30 minutes early. I have never experienced that at other hotels or Alofts in the past. The pool had lumps of algae growing in the pool. There was only one towel in the room for use. I’m not sure if I would stay at this location again, nor would I recommend this location to friends and family.

This was a very nice stay for a quick overnight trip, but as the rooms are very small, it may not be a good choice for a family with more than two people. But for one or two people, this is a great option. The breakfast options were ok, which you have to pay extra for, so you may as well just go down the road to a restaurant instead. The shower was a little disappointing, as the shower head did not allow for much water pressure and the bathroom door is more like a barn door and does not fully close. Again, the small size and layout is different, but not bad if you are just one or two people. We will possibly stay again, as the room was comfortable and the price was great. There was also several families for some sporting event this weekend and we could easily hear other kids yelling most of the evening through both our door and their door in their rooms.
